Counterpoint Research is hiring a Market Research Analyst focused on smartphones and consumer tech across the MENA region. Join a globally trusted industry analysis firm and help shape insights that guide top brands in mobile and consumer electronics.
Key Responsibilities:

Track, research, and analyze market data for smartphones and consumer tech (e.g., smartwatches, TWS) in the MENA region.

Maintain proprietary data and provide insights on trends, trade dynamics, and consumer behavior.

Engage with vendors, distributors, and retailers to support research methodologies and client needs.

Develop and publish research reports, blogs, whitepapers, and custom insights with internal teams.

Participate in client requests, custom projects, and broader analytical tasks.
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree; advanced certification or degree is a plus.

3+ years of relevant experience in technology, telecom, internet, media, or finance sectors.

Strong understanding of MENA or African markets.

Strong analytical skills and passion for tech sector analysis.

Fluent in English; Arabic or French proficiency is a plus.

Excellent Microsoft Excel and Office skills.

Valid residency status for desired work location (proof may be required).

Location:
Flexible across the MENA region, preferably based in Dubai, UAE. Willingness to travel regionally is required.
