Job Description:

We are hiring a results-driven Market Research Analyst to join one of the largest paint and coatings companies in the Middle East, headquartered in Sharjah, UAE. If you have strong analytical skills, industry knowledge, and a passion for uncovering market trends, this role is for you.

As a Market Research Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying market opportunities, supporting strategic decisions, and aligning insights with business goals across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and industry developments in the paints and coatings sector

• Support business planning with accurate demand forecasts, pricing strategies, and product recommendations

• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Product Development teams to translate research into actionable business strategies

• Monitor market performance and contribute to product innovation and expansion planning

• Manage and execute research projects, coordinate with third-party vendors, and ensure accuracy of market intelligence databases and reports

• Deliver regular reporting and insights to stakeholders for strategic decision-making

Job Details:

• Position: Full-Time

• Salary: Up to AED 5,000 (based on experience & qualifications)

Qualifications:

• Nationality: Open to Male Arabic Nationals (30+ years old)

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or a related field

• Experience: 3–5 years in market research, preferably in the paints, chemicals, or coatings industry

• Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and data analysis platforms
