Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant

Job Description:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to ensure our holiday rental properties are maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will take pride in delivering a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for guests.

In addition to cleaning duties, this role involves providing light guest support during check-in and check-out, and promptly addressing any service requests to enhance guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of holiday rental properties

• Ensure all rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and shared spaces are spotless and well-organized

• Report any damages or maintenance issues to management

• Assist guests during check-in and check-out processes when required

• Respond to guest requests professionally and efficiently

• Restock supplies (toiletries, towels, cleaning materials) as needed

• Maintain a friendly, approachable, and guest-focused attitude at all times

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience (preferred)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle guest interactions with professionalism and courtesy

• Flexible and available to work weekends or holidays when required
