Dida is seeking a Market Manager with a strong background in hotel contracting, revenue management, and distribution. This role requires negotiation skills, key account management experience, and the ability to build and expand partnerships with hotels, hotel chains, and travel industry players.

Key Responsibilities:

🏨 Expand & manage hotel partnerships by negotiating and securing win-win distribution agreements.
📊 Optimize hotel product content, rates, and availability to ensure competitiveness.
📈 Maximize sales and revenue by collaborating with internal teams like Yield/OP and Sales.
🤝 Build strong relationships with key hotels, hotel chains, and industry influencers.
🔍 Secure seasonal deals, promotions, and dynamic pricing to support marketing strategies.
📑 Provide market insights & reports through bi-weekly optimization updates and monthly KPI reviews.
🌍 Represent Dida in the local market and strengthen its industry presence.
🛎 Travel as needed (locally & internationally) to maintain key partnerships.

Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
✔ 3+ years of experience in hotel contracting, revenue management, or distribution.
✔ Strong negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills.
✔ Experience working with OTAs, online wholesalers, and hotel revenue teams.
✔ Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
✔ Professional, results-driven attitude with a strong work ethic.
