Dida is looking for a Market Executive to support hotel contracting, revenue, and distribution activities. The role involves analyzing trends, maintaining inventory availability, ensuring accurate online product placement, and fostering strong supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will bring analytical skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify market trends and opportunities using production reports, destination updates, and industry news.

Manage availability reports to ensure consistent inventory for both last-minute and long-term bookings.

Train and maintain hotel partners using supplier systems (Extranet).

Conduct competitor benchmarking, including pricing and inventory analysis for B2B and B2C channels.

Ensure contracted products are bookable online and resolve discrepancies in contract loading.

Negotiate with hotels to resolve booking or contract-related issues.

Support Regional and Market Managers with day-to-day activities.

Maintain product visibility through positioning, promotions, and special offers on POS.

Collaborate with Marketing to prepare flyers, EDM campaigns, and social media promotions.

Build strong cross-functional relationships with Revenue Managers, Hotel Sales, Contracting, Operations, and IT teams.

Represent the company in negotiations, workshops, seminars, and site inspections.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel contracting, revenue, or distribution.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Proactive and detail-oriented with a results-driven attitude.

Team player with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
