The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating project specifications, preparing accurate cost estimates, creating shop drawings, and assessing quantities for marble and engineered stone projects. This role requires immediate availability and experience in the UAE stone or construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Examine project specifications and client requirements

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for marble and engineered stone (quartz, porcelain, etc.)

• Create and review shop drawings for factory processing

• Analyze inquiries and verify estimated quantities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of relevant UAE experience in the stone or construction industry

• Strong mathematical and analytical skills

• Proficiency in estimation and project management software

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Knowledge of marble types and qualities, particularly engineered stone

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Immediate joining required
