Dronamics, a leading cargo drone airline, is looking for a Senior Project Manager (Manufacturing JV) to lead the setup of its first serial manufacturing facility for the Black Swan aircraft in the UAE. This role involves site selection, production setup, supply chain management, and scaling operations to manufacture 300 aircraft per year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, execution, and coordination across teams.
• Manage site selection, setup, and operational ramp-up for the production facility.
• Develop and implement project management methodologies to meet deadlines.
• Oversee supply chain and external supplier outputs to align with fleet requirements.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports for executives, and manage risks.
• Participate in RFP/tender processes, documentation, and contract reviews.
• Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Engage with stakeholders, ensuring seamless project execution.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Formal project management certification or equivalent experience.
• Proven expertise in manufacturing facility setup and large-scale operations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project or similar project management tools.
• High resilience and ability to manage complex, high-pressure projects.
• Strong ability to influence senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or high-tech manufacturing is a plus.
