Based in Dubai, this full-time, on-site leadership position requires strategic acumen, strong IT domain knowledge, and a passion for business growth and innovation.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company’s expansion, managing P&L, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services while fostering innovation and a collaborative company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction to achieve long-term business goals in the IT industry.

• Develop and execute business plans focused on innovation, profitability, and market expansion.

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.

• Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.

• Lead business development initiatives to increase revenue and market share.

• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, positioning the company as a market leader.

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and P&L performance.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Managing Director or senior executive in the IT sector.

• Deep knowledge of IT products, services, and new technologies.

• Strong leadership and organizational management skills.

• Successful track record in driving business growth and overseeing large-scale operations.

• Excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the Middle East IT market.

• Familiarity with technologies like AI, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.

• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or equivalent are a plus.
