Transguard Group, the UAE’s leading business support and outsourcing provider, is hiring a Manager – Workforce Solutions to join their team in Dubai Airport Free Zone (DAFZA). This role focuses on optimizing HR processes for outsourced employees by streamlining operations, ensuring compliance, and improving overall employee and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage petty cash, credit cards, insurance PR, and related financial processes.

• Drive process improvements in visa, medical insurance, and HR operations to reduce errors and costs.

• Ensure efficient onboarding, payroll accuracy, and benefits administration for outsourced employees.

• Oversee the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding in compliance with UAE labor law.

• Review and update SOPs regularly; recommend operational improvements.

• Handle employment verifications, confirmations, and support background checks.

• Engage with clients, HR, and account managers regarding transitions, disciplinaries, and disputes.

• Manage employee grievances, concerns, and disputes effectively.

• Encourage innovation by utilizing HR data analytics and promoting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.

• Minimum 6–7 years of experience in a similar HR/Workforce Solutions role.

• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR processes (onboarding/offboarding).

• Proven experience in team management and HR operations.

• Skills in conflict resolution, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving.

• Customer relationship management and business writing proficiency.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders.

• Data analysis and familiarity with HR technologies are a plus.
