Transguard Group, established in 2001, is a leading business support and outsourcing provider in the UAE, with a strong workforce of over 50,000 employees. With key services spanning across cash services, security, manpower solutions, facilities management, and aviation, Transguard is now looking for a Manager – WFS Recruitment to join its dynamic Workforce Solutions (WFS) division at the Dubai Airport Free Zone (DAFZA) HQ.
This role is primarily sales and financially focused (70%), with additional responsibilities in team and people management (20%), and business unit branding/marketing (10%). The successful candidate will lead efforts to deliver recruitment solutions to both local and international clients, manage revenue targets, optimize recruitment operations, and build a strong pipeline of freelance recruitment consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial:

Achieve and exceed personal and team financial targets as outlined in the BU Scorecard.

Manage P&L for Permanent Recruitment to ensure efficient overhead spending and proper staffing.

Identify and drive business development and revenue growth across the Transguard Group.
Customer-Focused:

Deliver high-quality recruitment solutions for both permanent and outsourced roles.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
Process Optimization:

Ensure the recruitment team is properly resourced and equipped for success.

Monitor and manage team KPIs and performance metrics.

Utilize and oversee CRM and ATS systems (Salesforce, Oracle Fusion) for process tracking and performance reporting.

Collaborate internally to design and improve recruitment lifecycle solutions tailored to client needs.
Innovation & Strategy:

Drive creative recruitment marketing and sourcing campaigns.

Expand and manage a freelance recruitment team (up to 6 consultants over time).

Work closely with third-party platforms such as NaukriGulf and LinkedIn to optimize sourcing channels.
Selection Criteria:
-
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in recruitment, with mandatory agency background.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

Strong knowledge of Excel, recruitment ATS platforms, CRM systems, and UAE job boards.

Proficient in managing recruitment reports, database systems, and internet sourcing methods.

Excellent communication, team leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
