KPMG Lower Gulf is seeking a skilled Manager for its Transaction Services team in Deal Advisory. The role involves leading complex financial transaction projects, managing client relationships, delivering high-quality reports and recommendations, and overseeing project teams. The ideal candidate has strong advisory experience with financial institutions, excellent project management skills, and the ability to guide transaction lifecycle stages while driving client satisfaction and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage transaction engagements from kickoff to delivery, coordinating with partners, directors, and team members.

• Lead project planning, risk assessment, and ensure timely delivery within budget.

• Develop well-written reports focused on key valuation and deal issues aligned with client needs.

• Evaluate transaction rationale, financial models, forecasts, and sensitivities.

• Manage client expectations and foster strong relationships at middle and senior levels.

• Collaborate across KPMG functions to support transaction execution.

• Monitor billing, collections, and project scope to avoid overruns.

• Provide coaching and set clear standards for junior team members.

• Implement process improvements and smarter ways of working.
