The Barking Lot, Dubai’s luxury full-service pet haven, is seeking an experienced Manager to lead daily operations and uphold the highest standards of care for pets and clients. This role involves staff management, customer service, and ensuring smooth operations across all facilities while maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the facility.

• Supervise, train, and support staff to maintain service excellence.

• Ensure the highest standards of pet care, safety, and cleanliness.

• Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Manage schedules, resources, and workflows efficiently.

• Uphold luxury service standards across all offerings, including hotel suites, play zones, and grooming services.

• Respond promptly to emergencies and operational challenges.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Proven problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of pet care and safety practices.

• Previous experience in hospitality or facility management preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
