CPX is seeking a Manager – SOC Advisory to lead cybersecurity professionals and oversee Security Operations Center (SOC) advisory services. This role involves managing SOC teams, performing cybersecurity assessments, developing strategies and roadmaps, and delivering high-level advisory services to clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT security, SOC management, and enterprise cybersecurity frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SOC Advisory team and junior consultants.

• Conduct cybersecurity program maturity evaluations and risk assessments.

• Provide expert advice on IT/OT/Cloud/Physical security, compliance, and regulations.

• Draft secure product configuration standards and cybersecurity baselines.

• Develop SOC strategy, documentation, playbooks, and roadmaps.

• Interact with clients, present findings, and deliver thought leadership.

• Contribute to pre-sales and proposal processes for SOC Advisory services.

• Maintain awareness of industry trends, frameworks (NIST, MITRE ATT&CK), and privacy standards (US, EU, UAE).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years in IT Security / IT Consultancy / client-facing SOC/security operations roles.

• 3+ years managing a SOC team and 6+ years with SIEM/log management technologies.

• Strong experience in SOC strategy, roadmap development, and incident response.

• Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC, ISO9001:2015 Lead Auditor, ISO27001 Lead Implementor/Auditor.

• Agile PM and PMP knowledge.

• Cloud security and OT security experience.

• Excellent leadership, planning, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under high-pressure, complex environments.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT/Software Engineering, or Computer Science.
