Dubai Holding Asset Management is seeking an experienced Manager – Retail Delivery to oversee the retail tenancy fit-out process, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of retail units across its landmark shopping destinations. This role involves project management, stakeholder coordination, compliance monitoring, and problem resolution to ensure smooth tenant onboarding and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Oversee the end-to-end retail delivery process, ensuring tenants meet all pre-trade requirements.
✅ Manage design coordination, ensuring compliance with base-build specifications and resolving conflicts.
✅ Conduct site inspections to verify progress, adherence to approved drawings, and regulatory compliance.
✅ Liaise with stakeholders (leasing, mall management, project teams, and authorities) to facilitate smooth tenancy handovers.
✅ Monitor contractor performance, procurement timelines, and MEP service activations.
✅ Ensure health & safety compliance, introducing method statements and risk mitigation strategies.
✅ Prepare weekly reports on fit-out status and resolve tenant concerns proactively.
✅ Maintain project documentation, including design approvals, permits, and insurance policies.

Job Requirements:

📌 Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 6-8 years’ experience in retail delivery management within shopping malls/retail developments.

📌 Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Expertise in retail fit-out processes, quality control, and cost management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design software (AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
