Etihad Airways is seeking a Manager, Portfolio Management Office (PMO) to oversee project governance, portfolio execution, and reporting in a dynamic IT environment. The role requires a proactive PMO professional who can optimize processes, manage portfolio performance, and support executive-level decision-making. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of PMO experience, strong expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and certifications in project management (Prince2, PMP, SAFe, Scrum).
Key Responsibilities:
📌 Develop and optimize PMO practices, governance, and reporting for IT projects.
📌 Lead portfolio-level lean agile cadences across DTI, including business case development and prioritization.
📌 Provide strategic insights and updates to senior leadership, ensuring transparent reporting.
📌 Track CAPEX spend, delivery performance, and KPIs across IT projects.
📌 Ensure alignment of IT and business strategies, fostering collaboration and best practices.
📌 Lead executive-level meetings with C-suite stakeholders.
📌 Drive adoption of project management methodologies, standards, and tools.
Required Skills & Experience:
✔ Experience: Minimum 5+ years in PMO roles within complex IT environments.
✔ Industry Background: Airline industry experience is a plus.
✔ Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
✔ Project Management: Expertise in Waterfall & Agile (SAFe, Scrum, Lean Portfolio Management).
✔ Certifications: PMP, Prince2, SAFe, Scrum, or equivalent.
✔ Tech Skills: Knowledge of Power BI, low-code/no-code platforms is a plus.
✔ Consulting Experience: Previous management consulting experience is beneficial.
