Worley is seeking a Manager of Projects in Dubai to provide oversight and technical direction to a team of project management professionals. The role involves managing large projects in energy, chemicals, and resources sectors, while ensuring compliance with company requirements and standards. The manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling department budgets, handling staffing and performance reviews, and fostering relationships with external stakeholders. The role also requires experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, with a focus on sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct a team of project engineers, managers, and coordinators.

• Accountable for project delivery, ensuring compliance with Worley’s policies and budget guidelines.

• Manage project management staffing levels and organizational structure.

• Oversee employee performance reviews and ensure proper training and mentoring.

• Develop project execution strategies, prepare proposals, and present them to clients.

• Foster positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and contractors.

• Contribute to dispute resolution efforts and ensure safety, environmental, and security standards are met.

• Participate in business development activities and support proposals.

Qualifications:

• University Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.

• Demonstrated experience managing medium to large projects with medium and high-risk elements in multi-cultural environments.

• Prior experience in large Ports, Marine, and Infrastructure projects.

• Experience in E, EP Projects and workshare environments.
