Resume.ae, a division of Amourion Group, is hiring on behalf of du, a leading telecommunications provider in the UAE, for the role of Manager, M2M Enterprise. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based at Al Salam Tower – Head Office, Dubai.

As the Manager of M2M (Machine-to-Machine) Enterprise, you will be responsible for building and executing du’s M2M service portfolio strategy. This includes driving innovation, aligning product development with business growth goals, and ensuring a top-tier customer experience. You will hold full P&L responsibility, acting as a key player in expanding du’s presence in the IoT and M2M markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead du’s M2M product strategy and service offerings
• Foster innovation and growth in the M2M/IoT verticals
• Ensure revenue targets and customer satisfaction KPIs are met
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable M2M solutions
• Own and manage the M2M platform’s full operational lifecycle

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven leadership in telecom/IoT/M2M environments
• Strong business acumen and experience with P&L responsibilities
• Strategic thinker with a track record in market innovation
