Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Manager, ICT Design and Project Support – EMEA Region to oversee technology infrastructure for new hotel and residential projects. This role ensures compliance with Four Seasons Design Standards, manages IT drawings and specifications, and leads technical reviews throughout the design, construction, and pre-opening phases. The position requires expertise in structured cabling, security, AV, and guestroom management systems (GRMS).

Responsibilities:

• Review and approve IT, security, and AV design plans for new hotel and residential projects.
• Ensure compliance with Four Seasons Design Standards and Industry Standards.
• Manage IT drawings, technical specifications, and budget approvals.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on project execution.
• Track and address gaps, deviations, and technical challenges.
• Update Four Seasons Technical Standards based on regional technology trends.
• Provide training and support to ensure seamless operations at new properties.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Construction, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technology design, construction, or corporate technology in hospitality.
• RCDD certification is mandatory.
• Strong project management, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel across the EMEA region as needed.
