AD Ports Group is hiring a Manager – HSE – MSC to lead and implement Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies across Safeen MS. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with international safety regulations, managing audits, risk assessments, and fostering a safe work environment in marine operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, HSEQ expertise, and regulatory knowledge in maritime safety.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Implement and maintain Integrated Management System (IMS), Safe Management System (SMS), International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code, and Maritime Labour Convention (MLC).
✅ Establish HSEQ objectives, action plans, budgets, and training programs.
✅ Act as Designated Person Ashore (DPA) for safety management compliance.
✅ Conduct marine audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
✅ Monitor compliance with national and international HSE standards.
✅ Provide consultation and guidance on HSEQ policies and procedures.
✅ Lead projects related to Crisis Management, Business Continuity, and Emergency Response Services.
✅ Ensure zero harm by maintaining a risk-free operational environment.
🔹 People & Strategic Responsibilities:
✔️ Lead, train, and manage the HSEQ team.
✔️ Develop business continuity plans and assess recovery effectiveness.
✔️ Collaborate with marine divisions to enhance safety and operational excellence.
✔️ Ensure regulatory compliance with global safety standards.
🔹 Requirements:
🎓 Educational & Technical Qualifications:
- HSEQ-related University Degree.
- Lead Audit Certification (ISO 45001, 14001, 9001, 22301).
- NEBOSH IGC & IOSH Managing Safely certification.
- Marine Risk Management expertise.
- Strong familiarity with national and international HSE regulations.
💼 Experience:
- 8-10 years in HSE, Quality Management, Crisis Management, and Enterprise Risk Management.
- Experience in marine operations and maritime safety compliance.
🗣 Language Skills:
- Fluent in English & Arabic (reading and writing).
