EY, a global leader in assurance, consulting, strategy, and tax services, is hiring a Manager for its Global Compliance & Reporting (GCR) team based in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role focused on managing tax compliance, financial reporting, and risk for multinational clients across the MENA region.

As a Manager in the GCR team, you will lead large-scale tax engagements, manage client relationships, deliver high-quality services, and coach junior professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in domestic and international tax regulations, project management experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day client tax compliance and reporting engagements

• Coordinate service delivery with EY teams across the region

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

• Lead teams in delivering high-quality, standardized tax services

• Identify and mitigate risks, monitor deliverables, and track project performance

• Support business development and expand the GCR client base in the region

• Coach and mentor junior staff, foster a culture of learning and excellence

• Ensure strict adherence to EY’s Tax Quality guidelines

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field

• Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, or ADIT are preferred

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in tax compliance and tax accounting

• Strong understanding of international tax regulations and financial reporting

• Proven managerial and organizational skills in a client-focused environment

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities in multicultural teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) in a relevant field

• Experience handling multinational clients within a professional services firm

• Strong knowledge of legislative, commercial, and industry-specific practices
