The role focuses on customer service excellence, business development, and revenue generation, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with university policies and accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

📈 Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue streams and optimize laboratory operations.
🤝 Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
🧪 Research Laboratory Operations: Oversee the commercial services of research laboratories, ensuring compliance with accreditation requirements.
📑 Business Development: Identify new commercial opportunities, secure contracts, and enhance service offerings.
📊 Budget & Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, expenses, and invoices related to laboratory commercial services.
⚙️ Process Improvement: Streamline laboratory service processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
📋 Team Management: Determine staffing needs, hire and supervise team members, and oversee daily operations.
📢 Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with university business development and external partners to facilitate agreements and partnerships.
📌 Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to information security, safety policies, and research standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering (Master’s/Doctorate preferred).
✅ Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in research laboratory operations management.
✅ Skills: Strong business development, project management, leadership, and communication skills.
✅ Industry Knowledge: Expertise in laboratory accreditation, customer relations, and university research operations.
