Mastercard, a global leader in digital payments and technology, is seeking a Manager, Enterprise Operations to join the Multimedia Services team as a Regional Lead for MEA and APAC. This role focuses on lifecycle refresh, transformational initiatives, and service delivery in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific region. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, analytical, and an effective communicator, contributing to Mastercard’s Employee Digital Experience team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement strategic refresh projects within the region.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders and vendors to modernize audio-visual experiences.
• Lead resolution and problem management for video conferencing, wireless content sharing, and digital signage solutions.
• Act as the product owner for key AV technologies, ensuring smooth operations.
• Manage IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including incident resolution and monitoring.
• Contribute to monthly operational metrics and performance insights.
• Support disaster recovery processes and maintain efficient network operations.
• Lead a team of technical professionals, providing mentorship and performance evaluations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in AV technology management within a global enterprise.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, and other collaboration platforms.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, security, and ITSM processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers.
• Experience in project planning and technical service delivery.
