BEEAH is currently seeking a Manager – Digital to lead the development and optimization of enterprise applications, intelligent automation systems, low-code platforms, and AI-powered solutions. This role will play a pivotal part in driving digital transformation, enhancing operational efficiency, and improving both employee and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation and continuous optimization of digital solutions in line with strategic business goals.

• Manage and deliver scalable business solutions using low-code/no-code platforms.

• Drive adoption and integration of robotic process automation (RPA) and intelligent automation technologies.

• Modernize and manage enterprise applications to support core business functions.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and enhance existing digital platforms.

• Lead and manage digital transformation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.

• Support IT governance activities, including policy creation and adherence to security standards.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy, cybersecurity, and relevant regulatory standards.

• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with digital systems and solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• 5–7 years of professional experience in IT and digital roles, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial capacity.

• Certifications in RPA (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), low-code platforms (e.g., Oracle APEX, N8N), or Generative AI are highly desirable.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Hands-on expertise with low-code platforms and RPA tools.

• Knowledge of UX principles and agile methodologies in solution design and delivery.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve technical and business challenges.

• Excellent communication skills with proven stakeholder engagement experience.

• Capability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
