RTA is seeking a Manager – Digital Services Quality Control to lead quality assurance, testing, and performance monitoring for its digital services. This role is crucial in ensuring AI-driven solutions, business intelligence dashboards, and 360 services align with RTA’s AI strategy and governance standards. The selected candidate will drive continuous service improvements, compliance, and user satisfaction across RTA’s digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee digital service quality across RTA and Digital Dubai channels.

Manage quality control for AI applications, BI dashboards, and 360 services.

Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks, policies, and testing methodologies.

Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure alignment with business requirements.

Monitor service performance post-launch and recommend continuous enhancements.

Analyze customer feedback and survey data to improve service quality.

Ensure compliance with governance, cybersecurity, and industry standards.

Conduct training sessions on quality control processes for project managers.

Utilize JIRA, Trello, and Asana for workflow tracking and backlog management.

Manage registered digital assets under the Quality Control section.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.

14+ years of experience in digital service quality assurance, testing, or technical leadership.

Expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Methodologies.

Strong knowledge of manual/automated testing, UAT, and performance testing.

Experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Python) and UX/usability testing.

Familiarity with cybersecurity standards, compliance, and governance.

Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Trello, and Asana.
