Role Overview

Ultimate HR Solutions is hiring a Manager – Database & Systems to oversee database infrastructure, system security, and IT operations for a leading bank in Fujairah.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Database Infrastructure Management: Implement and maintain databases, storage, and operating systems.
✅ System Performance & Security: Monitor performance, deploy patches, and ensure data integrity.
✅ T24 Core Banking System: Manage security, patching, performance, and capacity planning.
✅ Disaster Recovery (DR): Implement and test DR solutions for databases and applications.
✅ Policy & Compliance: Maintain IT policies in line with ITIL, CMMI, and ISO standards.
✅ Vendor Management: Evaluate software vendors/products to optimize solutions.

Required Experience & Skills

🛠 Experience:
🔹 8+ years in IT infrastructure & database management
🔹 5+ years in a similar role within a bank
🔹 3+ years of hands-on experience with RDBMS, Data Warehousing, and OS management
🔹 Expertise in handling databases over 300GB with 100+ concurrent users

📜 Technical Skills:
🔹 Strong knowledge of SQL DBA, Oracle, DB2, MSSQL
🔹 Experience with Windows OS, IIS Servers, SAN/NAS storage
🔹 Familiarity with ITIL, CMMI, ISO security standards
🔹 Must have experience in 24/7 IT operations
