Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Corporate Finance to lead our debt sourcing, structuring, and execution activities. The role involves working closely with financial institutions and internal teams to secure financing that aligns with the company’s strategic and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

📊 Debt Fund Raising & Financial Analysis

• Prepare detailed financial models, projections, and information memorandums to support debt financing proposals.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to determine suitable debt structures.
• Evaluate and recommend the most appropriate debt instruments and funding strategies.

📑 Structuring & Execution

• Collaborate with internal teams to create presentations and pitch materials for investors and lenders.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with financial institutions to ensure favorable financing terms.
• Oversee the due diligence process, coordinating with legal, financial, and operational teams.
• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance throughout debt transactions.

📈 Market & Risk Analysis

• Stay updated on market trends, interest rates, and financial regulations affecting debt financing.
• Conduct industry and competitor analysis to identify potential opportunities and risks.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with debt transactions.

Skills & Qualifications

🎓 Education & Experience:

• CA, MBA, or CFA qualification required.
• 4 – 7 years of proven experience in debt fund raising, investment banking, or corporate finance.

• Strong understanding of financial markets, debt instruments, and credit analysis.
• Excellent financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills.
