Role Overview:
The Manager – Corporate Finance will be a key member of the M&A team, supporting deal generation, execution, and project management for corporate finance transactions. The role involves preparing financial and valuation models, conducting market and company research, and contributing to client proposals and transaction documentation.
Key Responsibilities:

Support senior team members in M&A deal origination, execution, and project management.

Prepare financial and valuation models, analysis, proposals, marketing documents, teasers, and information memoranda.

Review and analyze historical trading, cash flow, and balance sheets to identify risks or pricing considerations.

Conduct company and market research for pitch materials and deal execution.

Collaborate with stakeholders including clients, investors, and counterparties.
Requirements & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; MBA and/or CFA preferred.

6+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or boutique advisory firms.

Proven track record in supporting M&A deals and preparing marketing materials.

Strong financial modeling and valuation skills using various methodologies.

GCC market experience or exposure to mature financial markets.

Excellent communication, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills.
