Saatchi & Saatchi MEA is looking for a Manager – Communications Consultancy to manage day-to-day client relationships and communication. The role involves supporting the Associate Business Director/Business Director in developing communication strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of advertising, media, and communication strategy, and be responsible for delivering high-quality work across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily client relationship, ensuring effective communication between the agency and clients.

• Support the development of communication strategies aligned with clients’ business objectives and marketing needs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple projects to ensure cohesive campaigns.

• Monitor communication trends and conduct competitive audits/reports.

• Identify business opportunities with existing clients and manage resource teams effectively.

• Supervise and guide the executive team members.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong understanding of advertising and media industries, with a focus on communication strategy.

• Ability to build and maintain client relationships, transforming business insights into strategic inputs.

• Experience managing multiple projects for different clients across different markets.

• Knowledge of the production ecosystem, milestones, and requirements.

• Innovative mindset with the ability to problem-solve and come up with smart solutions.

• Financial understanding of budgeting and estimating.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally in communications, digital, or media agencies, or marketing/client-side.
