Datadog is seeking a Manager, Commercial Sales to lead a team of Commercial Account Executives in the Middle East. This full-time role involves strategy, mentorship, and team management, driving sales in a multi-billion-dollar SaaS/Cloud market. The role is based in Dubai with a hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Motivate & guide the sales team to exceed targets.
✅ Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
✅ Hire, train, and mentor Account Executives.
✅ Drive lead generation & pipeline management.
✅ Monitor & optimize sales funnel performance.
✅ Implement and refine sales metrics and strategies.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
✔ Experience in high-tech direct sales.
✔ Familiarity with SaaS, Cloud, and Salesforce.
✔ Proven ability to manage outbound sales teams.
✔ Strong coaching, mentorship, and leadership skills.
✔ Ability to forecast team performance accurately.
✔ Self-starter who thrives in high-growth environments.
✔ Fluency in Arabic/Turkish is a plus, but not required.
