DP World is hiring a Manager – Commercial Planning to oversee the commercial planning cycle and drive strategic initiatives across the logistics verticals. The role involves business planning, market analysis, performance tracking, and sales strategy execution to ensure commercial excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business plans for freight forwarding, warehousing, and contract logistics.
• Conduct feasibility studies for logistics expansion and identify new business opportunities.
• Own and monitor the commercial sales pipeline and ensure forecasted timelines are met.
• Analyze customer P&L, job margins, and pricing strategies to optimize profitability.
• Support sales planning, forecasting, and CRM usage across logistics teams.
• Lead the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with business goals and execution.
• Provide market insights, trends, and logistics opportunities to support decision-making.
• Develop dashboards and performance management systems for logistics businesses.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 8-10 years of experience in commercial planning, including 5+ years in consulting.
• Strong expertise in logistics, transportation, and supply chain industries.
• Analytical mindset with experience in business modeling, financial analysis, and CRM management.
