Key Responsibilities:

• Account Growth: Manage the growth of accounts within your vertical and inform client teams of trends.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Client Partners, ensuring they meet revenue quotas and KPIs.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and manage relationships with clients and agency partners.

• KPI-driven Strategies: Define and execute strategies to meet KPIs, and assess vertical trends to identify growth opportunities.

• Sales Leadership Support: Assist in setting individual quotas and account lists for your team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent experience.

• 10+ years of experience in digital media sales.

• Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.

• Strong communication and influencing skills.

• Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing relationships with brand marketers and advertising agencies within your vertical.

• Ability to facilitate meetings with senior stakeholders.
