RTA is seeking a Manager – AI & Data Science to lead AI-driven transformation and innovation in Dubai’s public services. This role involves developing AI strategies, ensuring ethical AI practices, driving digital transformation, and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions to enhance smart mobility and align with the UAE National AI Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute AI strategies aligned with Dubai’s digital vision.

• Oversee AI governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with ethical and cybersecurity standards.

• Implement AI and machine learning solutions, predictive analytics, and automation tools.

• Manage AI project development, vendor selection, and partnerships for value-driven outcomes.

• Conduct AI literacy training and workshops to promote AI adoption across departments.

• Represent RTA at national and international AI forums and contribute to government award submissions.

• Lead a team of AI specialists and data scientists, providing mentorship and strategic direction.

• Ensure seamless AI integration with RTA’s enterprise architecture and digital platforms.

• Monitor AI risks, develop mitigation strategies, and enhance data security.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 12+ years of experience in AI strategy, machine learning, big data analytics, and cloud computing.

• Expertise in AI governance, robotic process automation (RPA), and cybersecurity standards.

• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Experience working with AI-driven digital transformation initiatives.
