Manager, Account Manager
Doctify Dubai , UAE

Doctify is seeking a Manager, Account Manager to lead the commercial performance of its portfolio and oversee the end-to-end customer journey in the UAE. This role involves managing and developing a high-performing team of two Account Managers while collaborating with the UK-based onboarding team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of two Account Managers in the UAE.
  • Improve Customer Success (CS) best practices, retention, and expansion strategies.
  • Set and execute quarterly CS strategies and goals.
  • Stay updated with market trends and implement industry benchmarks.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support teams.
  • Manage a small portfolio of enterprise customers for product adoption and expansion.
  • Hire, onboard, and train new Account Managers when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of Account Management experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Experience in mid-market/enterprise B2B SaaS customer success.
  • Proven track record in leading teams that achieve 100%+ net retention.
  • Familiarity with CS tools like Gainsight and customer lifecycle processes.
  • Strong collaboration with Sales and CS leadership.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience handling customer escalations and complex challenges.
  • Prior experience in hiring and retaining top Account Managers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in HealthTech, SaaS, or startup environments.
  • Knowledge of freemium/product-led growth combined with B2B sales.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare technology and industry challenges.
