Lifecare International Insurance Brokers is on the lookout for an experienced and forward-thinking Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our high-performing team in Dubai. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the CFO and senior leadership, leveraging data analytics and forecasting to shape the company’s financial direction and support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and enhance the rolling forecast and forward-looking financial planning processes.

• Deliver actionable insights through in-depth financial analysis and trend evaluation.

• Create dynamic reports and dashboards using Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.

• Identify financial risks and opportunities, and support strategic initiatives.

• Drive automation and continuous improvement across all FP&A processes.

• Present complex financial findings in a clear, concise manner to senior stakeholders.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably within the insurance brokerage or financial services sector.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).

• Strong analytical and modeling skills with the ability to turn data into strategy.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• A Master’s degree in Financial Planning, Finance, or a related field.

• Aged between 30 to 35 years preferred.
