Role Overview
As a Manager – Client Incentives & Financial Modelling, you will play a critical role in managing client incentive programs, ensuring financial accuracy, and optimizing deal structuring processes. You will collaborate closely with Country Managers, Finance, and Business Development teams to drive efficiency, standardization, and automation in incentive workflows.
This role is ideal for an analytical and detail-oriented finance professional with strong modelling, process management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Client Incentives & Deal Structuring

Oversee the client incentive process, ensuring smooth workflow management and alignment with Visa’s financial objectives.

Manage the deal pipeline, maintaining a deal calendar and tracking progress through weekly sprints.

Ensure all deal structures comply with Visa and client requirements, and promote early cross-functional alignment to minimize revisions.

Act as a Center of Excellence, educating teams on best practices, process improvements, and efficiency-driving strategies.
🔹 Financial Modelling & Analysis

Work closely with Finance & Account Executives to build financial models for client incentive deals.

Provide first-level review of financial outputs, ensuring accuracy in incentive calculations and deal structures.

Support Business Development (BD) teams in client proposals and contract reviews.

Prepare management reports and presentations, delivering key insights to senior leadership.
🔹 Stakeholder Coordination & Process Optimization

Serve as the primary point of contact for data requests and stakeholder coordination, including Legal, Finance, BD, and Contract Management teams.

Ensure smooth internal approvals, liaising with all relevant departments until final sign-off by Visa and the client.

Drive automation and process standardization, leveraging Excel, Power BI, and digital tools to improve efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
✅ Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (CPA or Chartered Accountant preferred but not required).

5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or deal structuring, preferably in payments or financial services.

Strong background in financial modelling, budgeting, and data analysis.
✅ Technical & Soft Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

Attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects independently.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
