OMRON Healthcare is hiring a Management Assistant to support the Commercial Director and office operations. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized professional with strong administrative skills who thrives in an international work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide administrative & secretarial support to the Commercial Director.
✅ Manage office facilities, including supplies, cleanliness, and documentation.
✅ Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
✅ Assist in trade license renewals, insurance, and regulatory filings.
✅ Arrange business travel, hotel reservations, and flights.
✅ Prepare expense reports and assist with project management.
✅ Screen and process emails, calls, and meeting minutes.
Requirements:
✔ Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role.
✔ Strong organizational and communication skills.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
✔ Valid Dubai work permit is required.
