Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, delivering a premium and personalized shopping experience

• Present and explain fine gold and natural diamond jewellery collections with confidence and product knowledge

• Build strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business

• Assist in showroom operations including stock checks, product labeling, and inventory management

• Follow all company protocols related to pricing, discounts, and security measures

• Provide professional after-sales service including product resizing, repairs, and managing custom orders

• Ensure showroom presentation and displays meet luxury merchandising standards

• Occasionally visit the workshop to collect custom or repaired items

Requirements & Skills:

• Native Arabic speaker with fluent English skills

• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor

• High attention to detail and quick learning ability

• Customer-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills

• Previous experience in jewellery sales is a plus, but not mandatory

• Valid UAE driving license is preferred, but not required

• Minimum qualification: High school or equivalent
