This initiative is designed to support talented university students from underrepresented backgrounds, helping them develop legal, professional, and commercial skills for a future career in commercial law.

Programme Highlights:

• Interactive regional webinars and online learning sessions (January – June).

• One-on-one coaching and mentoring with industry experts.

• Paid work experience programme in the Dubai office.

• Additional sponsorship of two weeks’ salary (paid at the start of work experience).

• Invitations to local office networking and activities.

• Training focused on building confidence in professional English (written and oral).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Native Arabic-speaking first-year law students.

• Must identify as having an underrepresented background.

• Demonstrated commitment to pursuing a career in commercial law.

• Strong and consistent academic performance.
