SmartStay, a leading holiday homes company in Dubai, is seeking a proactive Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations for luxury furnished apartments. The role ensures operational efficiency, preventive maintenance, and high-quality standards for guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations.

• Conduct routine inspections of apartments to identify and resolve issues.

• Oversee Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) schedules.

• Manage emergency repairs efficiently to minimize guest inconvenience.

• Collaborate with housekeeping and guest relations teams on maintenance requests.

• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs.

• Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

• Train and mentor the maintenance team.

• Assist in recruiting and onboarding new maintenance staff.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years’ experience in maintenance supervision within hospitality, real estate, or facilities management.

• Valid UAE driving license.

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance systems.

• Hands-on experience with preventive maintenance programs and troubleshooting equipment failures.

• Leadership, organizational, and team management skills.

• Familiarity with maintenance management software and systems like Breezeway, Monday.com, Hostaway is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and handle emergency call-outs.
