Job Title: Maintenance Planning Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a Maintenance Planning Manager to oversee the development and execution of a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule. You will be responsible for ensuring that all preventative maintenance tasks are completed on time, addressing missed maintenance activities, and leading a team to maintain operational efficiency. Your role will involve coordinating maintenance tasks across shifts, ensuring the availability of machinery, and troubleshooting potential issues to ensure smooth organizational operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM):
  Develop and implement a comprehensive PPM schedule to ensure all maintenance activities are carried out on time and in full.

• Task Allocation & Team Management:
  Allocate maintenance tasks to the appropriate employees based on their skills and shift schedules, ensuring effective task execution.

• Machinery Availability:
  Organize maintenance schedules to ensure machinery availability and minimize downtime during maintenance activities.

• Operational Coordination:
  Keep relevant employees informed about machine availability, maintenance schedules, and troubleshooting tasks to ensure uninterrupted company operations.

• Continuous Improvement:
  Lead the team in identifying opportunities for improvement in the maintenance process, focusing on operational efficiency and minimizing disruptions.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to assign tasks effectively.

• Proven expertise in engineering and technical concepts to deliver comprehensive maintenance solutions.

• Proficiency in using technical tools and knowledge to ensure the completion of maintenance tasks.
