Maintenance Manager – Automotive Industry (Full-Time, Dubai)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations for a leading automotive company in the region. This role requires technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure seamless facility and equipment performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on maintenance experience, and the ability to implement efficient preventive maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.
✅ Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
✅ Oversee repair and servicing operations for machinery, equipment, and building systems.
✅ Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and external service providers.
✅ Track maintenance activities, generate reports, and identify process improvements.

Requirements

🎯 Male, 40 years old and below.
🎯 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
🎯 Proven experience in maintenance management or a supervisory role.
🎯 Strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
🎯 Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.

Salary & Benefits

💰 AED 14,000 – 15,000 per month (all-inclusive).
