AtkinsRéalis, a world-class engineering services and nuclear company, is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to oversee maintenance operations for critical government infrastructure projects, particularly in metro rail systems. The ideal candidate should have 10-12 years of experience in physical security engineering, asset maintenance, and project management. UAE project experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Review and approve maintenance plans submitted by the Design & Build (D&B) contractor.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments to ensure system reliability and safety.
• Monitor compliance with maintenance policies, procedures, and standards.
• Analyze maintenance data for improvements and report insights to the Project Director.
• Provide training on best practices in maintenance management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in physical security engineering, preferably in rail/metro or strategic government asset projects.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, technologies, and best practices.
• Prior experience under a Project Management Consultant (PMC) setup is an advantage.
• Ability to join immediately is preferred.
