Job Title: Maintenance & Cleaning Technician

Job Description:

We are looking for a Maintenance & Cleaning Technician to support daily facility upkeep through routine inspections, cleaning, and basic maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment while adhering to health and hygiene standards. This role is based in the United Arab Emirates and is suitable for individuals with hands-on experience in cleaning operations and general facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out and document routine inspections, cleaning, and minor maintenance tasks.

• Clean and sanitize rooms, equipment, and common areas with high attention to detail.

• Follow maintenance schedules and perform tasks in line with company instructions.

• Report any issues, required repairs, or material shortages to management.

• Operate and maintain cleaning machinery and equipment efficiently and safely.

• Comply with all health, hygiene, and safety protocols to maintain workplace standards.

Skills Required:

• Ability to read and follow instructions accurately.

• Skilled in operating heavy-duty cleaning equipment and tools.

• Sound knowledge of hygiene standards and workplace safety practices.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and efficiency.

Preferred Candidate:
