Job Overview:

We are seeking a Machine Operator for our 5-Gallon Water Bottling Line. The role involves operating, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining assigned machines to ensure high-volume production with minimal downtime. Candidates should have prior experience in water bottling, FMCG, or food manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

⚙ Machine Operation & Monitoring:

• Operate and monitor 5-Gallon line machines to ensure smooth production.

• Perform size changes and preventive maintenance to maintain stock levels based on demand.

🔧 Troubleshooting & Maintenance:

• Identify and resolve basic machine issues to minimize unplanned stops.

• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections for optimal performance.

📊 Production & Quality Control:

• Maintain high production efficiency (Target: 90%) and ensure quality compliance.

• Prepare accurate production reports and highlight issues to the supervisor.

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety, and hygiene standards.

👥 Team Collaboration:

• Communicate with team members and support departments for smooth operations.

• Be willing to cross-train on other production line equipment.

Desired Candidate Profile:

✅ Education & Experience:

• Diploma in Engineering/Mechanical field (preferred) OR Secondary school with 3+ years of experience in water bottling, FMCG, or food manufacturing.

• 1–2 years of experience in filling, processing, packaging, or robotic operations in the food industry.

✅ Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with robotic systems, washers, fillers, sleeve applicators, and decappers.

• Strong understanding of equipment operation, troubleshooting, and basic repairs.

✅ Work Conditions:

• Shift-based work as determined by the production supervisor.

• Willingness to cross-train on other production lines.
