Key Responsibilities:

• Customer-Centric Approach: Provide an extraordinary, luxury-driven client experience by understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.

• Client Relationship Management: Capture and maintain customer data in CRM to foster long-term relationships and personalized service.

• Sales & Cross-Selling: Drive individual and team sales by maximizing cross-selling opportunities across all departments.

• Brand Representation: Stay updated on fashion trends, competitors, and product knowledge to serve as a trusted advisor to clients.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless client journey and a positive, inclusive work environment.

• Store Presentation & Security: Maintain high visual merchandising standards and be proactive in loss prevention efforts.
