We’re looking for driven and ambitious Luxury Property Consultants to join our high-performing team and represent premium real estate in one of the world’s most competitive markets.

Your Role Will Involve:

• Prospecting, qualifying, and converting high-net-worth leads into loyal clients

• Conducting property viewings and valuations for luxury residences across Dubai

• Negotiating offers and facilitating seamless transactions from viewing to close

• Coordinating with our Sales Progression and Home Move Advisory teams to ensure smooth client journeys

• Creating impactful listing presentations and marketing campaigns (photography, videos, online listings)

• Maintaining consistent client communication and following up after each interaction

• Staying up to date with Dubai’s luxury real estate market trends, competitor activity, and new developments

• Building your client base through networking, referrals, and lead-generation platforms

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven sales or customer service background (real estate experience is a plus but not mandatory)

• Fluent in English (additional languages are a strong advantage)

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• A confident, professional, and polished presence

• Must have a valid UAE driving license

• Highly motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented

• Willing to work in a high-performance, target-driven environment

• Passion for real estate, luxury lifestyles, and delivering world-class service
