Key Responsibilities:

• Resident Experience Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring a high-touch, seamless living experience.

• Event Planning & Engagement: Curate and execute exclusive events, wellness activities, and lifestyle activations that build community and reflect the development’s luxury positioning.

• Brand Representation: Represent the brand on-site, aligning all communications, services, and interactions with the property’s upscale image.

• Communication & Feedback: Maintain open, transparent communication channels with residents and implement feedback to continually enhance the resident experience.

• Partnerships & Collaborations: Build partnerships with premium service providers (e.g., spa therapists, chefs, fitness instructors) to enrich community offerings.

• Marketing Support: Coordinate with the marketing team to develop content that highlights resident life, events, and property amenities across social media and digital platforms.

• Operational Oversight: Liaise with property management to ensure prompt resolution of maintenance, concierge, and facility-related needs.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in hospitality, property management, or luxury customer experience roles

• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills

• Strong background in event planning or resident engagement

• Comfortable interacting with high-net-worth individuals and delivering premium service

• Familiarity with property management systems such as Yardi or Entrata

• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

• Social media savvy (Instagram, Facebook, or resident engagement platforms)
