• Conduct key control audits and monitor security equipment (CCTV, key boxes, alarms)

• Patrol hotel areas and assist with guest access issues

• Respond to accidents and emergencies, administer first aid/CPR if needed

• Manage incident reports, security logs, and sensitive documentation

• Resolve disturbances, escort unauthorized persons, and report suspicious activity

• Train and motivate team members; ensure task completion and shift summaries

📌 Requirements:

Education:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

Work Experience:

• No prior experience required (training provided)

Supervisory Experience:
