Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients interested in real estate investment opportunities.

• Present and explain property details and benefits clearly and professionally.

• Engage and build rapport with customers to generate interest and convert leads into sales.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for follow-ups and client support.

Salary:

• AED 2,000 – 2,500 per month

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English.

• Self-motivated and target-driven.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.

• Previous telecalling or sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
