TASC Outsourcing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as Logistics Support on a 3-month outsourced contract. This full-time, on-site position is based in Jafza, Dubai, and offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic logistics environment.

Job Type: Outsourced Contract
Contract Duration: 3 Months
Work Location: Jafza, Dubai
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Salary: Up to AED 12,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

• Monitor shipment status and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.

• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to resolve any delivery issues.

• Assist with the preparation of shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and Bills of Lading (B/Ls).

• Maintain and update logistics databases and ERP systems to ensure record accuracy.

• Ensure strict adherence to customs regulations and internal logistics policies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong understanding of logistics, shipping documentation, and supply chain coordination.

• Previous experience in logistics or a related field is preferred.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Proficient in using logistics databases and ERP systems.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
